I am a graduate student at the University of Arizona. I am working with Distributed Temperature Sensing (DTS) data and would like to use the Cayula Cornillon front detection tool in MGET. However, I am struggling to convert the data (currently stored as a 3D matrix and printed as a surface) into a useable format. The data is currently processed in MATLAB.

If you have any suggestions on how to convert to data into a useable format for ArcGIS in MATLAB please let me know.
