Dear Prof. Strenzel,
I am sorry for my very slow reply. I am in a period of frequent travel and meetings. These will end later this week and I can be more responsive starting next week.
The problem is that on your computer, the Python numpy module has been updated to a version that is not compatible with MGET. This is an unusual situation and suggests that at some point, you or someone else installed numpy, perhaps as part of some other software. MGET is compatible with numpy version 1.11.1, but on your computer version 1.11.1rc1 is installed. This is “release candidate 1” of numpy 1.11.1. It is a preliminary version that the numpy team released prior to the final version of 1.11.1. I can see in the screenshot that you sent that ArcGIS is using the version of Python that is installed to C:\Python27. This indicates a problem with ArcGIS and Python. When you install ArcGIS, it also installs a copy of Python. For example, when you install ArcGIS 10.3, it places a copy of Python in C:\Python27\ArcGIS10.3. The fact that ArcGIS is using Python installed in C:\Python27 (not a subdirectory of it) indicates that you or a colleague manually installed Python to C:\Python27. This will often cause problems with ArcGIS. The solution I would recommend is to configure the machine so that ArcGIS is using the version of Python that it installed. If you would like to proceed with this, I can send instructions. It might take until next week, however, because I am very busy this week. Apologies for the delay.
Best regards,
Jason

Dear Sirs,
Apologize my bad english. I trying to use the MGET (MGET-0.8a69.win32-py2.7.exe) tool "Create raster from NASA Ocean Color L3 SMI Product" in order to download and convert Chlorophyll data into a friendly format to ArcGis 10.3 (version 10.3.0.4322 -- ArcGIS Service Pack: 0 (build 0))
When I try to do it, I receive the follow error message:
SoftwareNotInstalledError: This tool requires the Python numpy module. Version 1.11.1rc1 of numpy is installed but that version is not currently supported by this tool. Please remove the existing version and install a supported version (see the documentation for a list of supported versions). Alternatively, check this tool's website for a newer version of it. If a newer version exists, it might support your current version of numpy.
Please, let me know how can I fix it. Unhappily I do not have experience with Python programming.
Thanks in advance.
