Dear Mauricio,
Unfortunately we have not had the resources to port MGET to Python 3.x yet, so you will not be able to use it under Python 3.7. MGET can only be used on the 32-bit version of Python 2.x at this time, which means you can only use it from the ArcGIS Desktop applications (ArcMap and ArcCatalog), but not 64-bit Background Geoprocessing or ArcGIS Pro.
From ArcMap or ArcCatalog, you should find a .tbx file in the directory you mentioned, C:\Program Files\GeoEco\ArcGISToolbox. It should be called “Marine Geospatial Ecology Tools.tbx”. Do you not see that file there?
Best regards, Jason
