It looks like that was a server problem in this case. I was not able to check it at the time you experienced it, but it seems to be working now. Can you please try again? If it still happens, please send me the entire output of the tool, starting with the first line. To get all the output, you can highlight the text and copy it into email, rather than taking a screenshot.

Hi MGET team,
This is my first time using the MGET tool and so far I've followed the steps in your website. Upon Step 2, I've been getting this error:
RuntimeError: Failed to open URL http://tds.hycom.org/thredds/dodsC/glb_analysis with OPeNDAP. The operation was retried for 120 seconds without success. Verify that the URL is correct. If it is, check that the server is operating properly and that your computer can connect to it. If necessary, contact the server's operator for assistance. If the server and network are operating properly, this problem could be a programming error in this tool. If you suspect one, contact the author of this tool for assistance. Error details: timeout: timed out
I've looked up your help thread as well online and you mention that it might be a server issue to begin with; however, I just wanted to double check with you on this.
