Dear Mr. Kim,
I am sorry for my slow reply about this problem.
The problem relates to how MGET handles messages from the operating system that are represented by a non-ASCII character set. This usually happens when running on non-English versions of Microsoft Windows. We do not have access to non-English versions so we have a hard time locating all of these problems. I apologize for that.
I have prepared a patch that might fix this problem. If you are still interested in trying this tool, please:
1. Close all ArcGIS programs. 2. Save the attached file to the C:\Python27\ArcGIS10.1\lib\site-packages\GeoEco\ directory, overwriting the file that is there. 3. Start ArcGIS and try the tool again.
Please let me know if it works and feel free to contact me with any other problems.
Best regards,
Jason From: [mailto:]

Dear nicholas
I find out the ticket #472 at the MGET web site.
Now I'm using a user-name 'aviso-users' and and password 'grid2010 t'.
And I need a help to solve a problem when I execute a "UnicodeDecodeError: 'ascii' codec can't decode byte 0xbf in position 11: ordinal not in range(128)".
I attatched a file which is an error message.
I hope you help me.
Thank you
Mr. Kim
