Dear Duke Marine Spatial Ecology Lab,
My name is Orion McCarthy and I am an intern with the World Wildlife Fund US. We are currently working on a project focused on modeling coral adaptability to bleaching and climate change and are looking for a toolset to help us model ocean currents and habitat connectivity for reefs in Indonesia. The MGET toolset sounds like it would be a useful asset for our research, and I was wondering if you had a finished or updated version of the MGET “Cookbook” of common scenarios, or at least an abridged version focused on ocean currents and marine habitat connectivity? If those materials are available, they would certainly be useful for our analysis.
Please let me know, and have a great weekend.
Sincerely, |
